You will have a full understanding of the statutory framework within which teachers work and apply this, in order to enable our students to flourish and develop.</span></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">You will have a proven track record of working with children and young people with a wide range of special educational needs, including those with autism and social, emotional and mental health difficulties.
