Maths and English are taught by specialist teachers, therefore the focus of Oakwood teachers is to deliver a balanced programme of learning which includes personal development, enrichment & expressive arts, health and wellbeing, duke of Edinburgh and vocational learning. Of course, the significant focus of the learning is the delivery of a curriculum that enables learners to meet the outcomes and goals detailed in their Education, Health and Care plans through project based learning.</span></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(128, 130, 133);\">We offer specialist training and development from our therapies teams in areas such as communication, emotional regulation, attachment & trauma and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS).
