WHAT WILL THE RIGHT PERSON LOOK LIKE?
\n\n
We are looking for a customer focused professional with hands on experience of creating Power BI and other Business Intelligence solutions to provide value added insight to the businesses many services.
\n\n

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
\n\n
The role will work closely with business teams across all services to provide relevant and accurate Business Intelligence including Statutory Returns and Key insights. As a BI Report Developer, you will be expected to utilise data extraction techniques and data analytics solutions such as MS Power BI, SQL and DAX SSRS and well as developing reporting best practices.
\n\n
Your role will also see you support services in accessing and self-serving information to support them in the delivery of that function including strategic and operational reporting.
\n\n
Key to this role will be your work with the Business Intelligence function to assist with the data quality measures.
\n\n
\n
Skills / Competencies
\n\n
• Experience in using Business Intelligence tools such as SSRS and Power BI and associated reporting solutions
\n• An understanding of relational databases specifically SQL Server
\n• Experience of creating sustainable automated reporting solutions
\n• Experience in creating and modelling data models to support reporting solutions including business critical data sets and statutory returns
\n• Experience of working with structured and semi-structured large and complex data sets,
\n• Understanding of data visualisation techniques
\n• Experience in SQL and Data Warehouses
\n• Working collaboratively with business areas to understand reporting requirements
\n\n
