\r\nWe are looking for a Head of Progress Living responsible for the overall management and performance for providing quality and affordable houses and apartments for rent for professionals in Lincoln, Boston and Grantham.
\r\nWHAT WILL THE RIGHT PERSON LOOK LIKE?
\r\nWe are looking for someone who has excellent management and communication skills, is people focused with the ability to manage and development a diverse range of teams delivering both front end and back office services to our customers.
You will have experience of managing financial and performance information and be commercially minded in managing performance contracts with the hospital trust.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
\r\nThis role has a number of core objectives including:-
\r\n1. Have overall responsibility for the day to day operation of Progress Living, ensuring compliance with Progress Living procedures, Progress Housing Group procedures and policies and relevant Trust procedures and management agreements.
2. Provide strong leadership to deliver the effective operational management of the accommodation units at the ULHT hospital sites in Lincoln, Grantham and Boston.
3. Ensure Progress Living targets are met and within approved budgets and the project’s financial model.
4. Lead on managing and minimising any risks associated with the scheme, ensure risk maps and risk assessments are accurate and up to date and that business continuity plans are up to date and tested.
5. Ensure familiarity with the Project Agreements to identify potential risk arising as the project matures.
6. Ensure an effective and value for money service is delivered to the Group’s customers.
7. Formulate policies and procedures as required.
8. Provide leadership and manage employees, assets and resources in order to optimise efficiency, effectiveness and continuous improvement and ensure employees are motivated to achieve agreed performance standards and a customer-orientated service.
